Caring Support.  I have a kind, easy and friendly way of being with people that helps to support feeling safe to open up.  It's very important to me that you feel understood and cared for.
Challenge to Grow.  A psychologist is not a “paid friend”. I'm highly trained in a modern type of cognitive behavioral therapy (called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).  It is an active therapy that involves learning new skills.
