Change, hope and healing are possible. Investing in yourself and your relationships can be a catalyst for change. I work with couples, families and individuals. I desire to meet you wherever you are and come alongside as you look to heal, grow and experience a life worth living. I work with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds, faiths, sexualities and circumstances. I value supporting the whole person- emotional, physical, relational, mental, sexual and spiritual aspects of oneself.
I have pursued extra training in working with couples through study of Attachment Theory and Gottman Institute. I am a Certified Medical Family Therapist, meaning I work specifically with clients and families navigating a medical diagnosis (such as cancer, dementia, chronic pain/illness, diabetes).
I have 90+ hours of additional training in sexuality and sexual health including increasing intimacy with partner, feeling at home in your body, self-esteem, talking to kids about sex, changes in desire, religious sexual shame, and much more. I also have a background in faith education and can incorporate spiritual elements if you so desire.
Contact me for a free 20-minute consultation. I have hope for you.
