I graduated with a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Wilfred Laurier University (Canada) in 1995 and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon since 1998. I complete a minimum of 40 hours of continuing education bi-annually and have participated in numerous trainings with Dr. Bruce Perry M.D. (Child Trauma Academy) and Dr. Stuart Ablon Ph.D (Think:Kids/Collaborative Problem Solving). I have extensive experience teaching Mindfulness-Based Stress and Symptom Reduction. In addition, I am a certified YogaCalm instructor. If you feel I would be a good fit for you, I offer a free 30 minute consultation to help you decide if we would work well together. I look forward to hearing from you. I do not accept insurance, but will provide you with the necessary Superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
